Financial Incentives for teachers and students

• $100 per qualifying score, plus threshold bonuses for teachers and administrators

Lead Teachers hired by District Partners

• In English, Math, Science
• Salary bonuses of al least $1,500

Extra Training for teachers

• College Board-endorsed AP Summer Institutes of additional training
• Two days during the school year
• Pre-AP Vertical Team Training
• Training for implementation of Pre-AP supplemental curriculum

More time on task for students

• Extra help Saturday sesions at least 3 times per year in each AP subject
• Additional tutoring sessions outside of the school day in each AP subject

Measurement and accountability

• Qualifying scores (3-5) goals set on AP exams in English, math, science at each program school.
